(02) Is it safe for under-18s?
Yes. Under-18s are only contacted after a parent or guardian confirms, and every employer will be verified against trade license details.
(03) What does a subscription to Sparq cost?
Student package is AED 399 a year, everything included. Company packages start from AED 1,499 a year, with a 7-day free trial, which ends early if you confirm a hire.
(04) How does matching work?
Not by keywords. Every profile is scored against every role on skills, education, sector, interests and availability, and both sides see where they stand. A student sees why a role fits, a company sees a ranked shortlist with the reasoning.
(05) Can companies export CSR/Social Impact reports?
Yes, companies with an Enterprise subscription will get a CSR/Social Impact report that can be exported and shared.
(06) What does the AI actually do?
It handles the busywork: drafting, matching and messaging. It shows its reasoning on the decisions that matter, and people make them.
(07) Are work permits required for internships?
Yes, but arranging it is the employer's job, not the student's. UAE law requires a valid permit for anyone working, and the cost sits with the company. If an employer asks you to pay for a permit, that is a warning sign.
