Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved but not charged until day 7, and you can cancel before then. If you confirm a hire during the trial, it ends straight away and your annual fee is charged.
(02) How are candidates verified?
Every student profile is verified. Under-18s are only contacted after a parent or guardian confirms. Employers are verified against their trade license too.
(03) What does Enterprise add?
20 listings, the full ESG audit and Social Impact Report, the Emiratisation Pipeline Tracker, custom sector program templates and priority support.
(04) Can someone else run the technical interview?
Yes, on every plan. Assign an interview to the colleague who can actually judge the skill, so a technical round is run by someone technical rather than whoever is free. Core includes one specialist interviewer, Impact two, Enterprise four.
(05) Who arranges work permits for interns?
The hiring company does. Sparq does not apply for, sponsor or process permits. UAE law requires a valid MOHRE permit for anyone working, including interns, and the cost sits with the employer. Under-18s carry extra conditions: parental or guardian consent, a medical fitness certificate, a six-hour working day and no work between 7pm and 7am. Confirm the right permit with MOHRE or your PRO before the placement starts.

Yes. Sparq is PDPL-compliant by design, with UAE data residency and a full audit trail on every interaction.
